Achieve Healthy Weight Loss Oxfordshire is delivered by the innovative healthy lifestyle provider Thrive Tribe, and funded by Oxfordshire County Council. We have partnered with leading weight loss providers to offer you a range of FREE programmes to help you achieve your goals. We also have valuable tools and skilled Health Practitioners to give encouragement throughout your weight loss journey.

We offer a range of FREE talking therapies to over 14,000 people a year across Oxfordshire. We are part of the NHS and offer services to patients registered with an Oxfordshire GP. Most adults refer themselves, but if you are aged between 16-18 you will need to be referred to us by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Spa and we are currently able to offer you Guided self-help/CBT on an individual basis at this stage.

You can refer yourself directly to a psychological therapies service (IAPT) without seeing your GP. These services offer therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), for common problems including: stress, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and phobias

The Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NHS DPP) identifies those at diabetes high risk and refers them onto a behaviour change programme.
