Oxfordshire Safeguarding Adults Board

The Oxfordshire Safeguarding Adults Board (OSAB) is a group of statutory, private, voluntary, and independent organisations across Oxfordshire who work together to empower and protect some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Our purpose is to raise awareness and promote the welfare of vulnerable adults by the development of an effective co-operative. This group is committed to ensuring that the work done effectively brings about good outcomes for adults so that people live safely.

Reducing the Risk

We are local: we provide the Independent Domestic Violence Advisory service and other guidance in Oxfordshire. We are national: through our training and our support for practitioners to work together to tackle abuse.

Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline

The ODAH is open Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 6pm, Saturday: 10am – 4pm. The helpline can provide emotional support and practical information for those affected by domestic abuse.
