To avoid errors, requests are not taken over the telephone . Alternatively, you may wish to order your repeat prescriptions online.  Contact the surgery to organise registration for this service.

Please allow two working days for the processing of these prescriptions. If you wish a prescription to be sent to you, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope. Remember to order early at Bank Holiday times, when the surgeries are shut.

When a review is due, a message is stamped on your prescription to remind you to make an appointment to see your doctor. Most medications on "repeat" are prescribed for a period of 28 days. Please book a medication review appointment in plenty of time. The actual date is not crucial, but is a reminder.
