Friends and Family Test Results

With effect from 1 December 2014, the Practice is required to offer patients the opportunity to feedback their views on the care and service we have provided. This will be done by asking patients to complete a simple, 3 question form (either paper, in the surgery or online, via our website) every time they visit the surgery or have any form of contact with us.  To access the online form, please click on the Friends and Family Test tab to the right of this web page under 'Have Your Say'. Patients can complete a form as many times as they wish throughout the year and we will publish the results.  The Friends and Family Test is anonymous.

PLEASE TAKE PART IN THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY TEST - YOUR VIEWS ARE IMPORTANT TO US !!
